I have never had to get a boiler fixed before and thanks to Emma and Jack it turned out to be so much easier and stress free then I ever hoped! Emma is fantastic at coming back to you and keeping you up to date. Jack has been my plumber of choice over a number of years and has completed a significant amount of work for me, including design, build and fit-out of a luxury wet-room bathroom, design and installation of downstairs toilet, replacing boiler and conducting annual servicing plan, and fitting digital heat management system. His work is of the highest quality, well priced and he always meets the commitments outlined in the quotation. His eye for design is superb, and often helps with ideas/ alternatives when I've been stuck with decision making. Additionally, his team are professional, thorough, tidy and respectful.
