I have never had to get a boiler fixed before and thanks to Emma and Jack it turned out to be so much easier and stress free then I ever hoped! Emma is fantastic at coming back to you and keeping you up to date. Jack managed to squeeze us in at the end of his work day and was so calm and helpful it was such a relief to know that you had good people helping you out. Jack has been my plumber of choice over a number of years and has completed a significant amount of work for me, including design, build and fit-out of a luxury wet-room bathroom, design and installation of downstairs toilet, replacing boiler and conducting annual servicing plan, and fitting digital heat management system. His work is of the highest quality, well priced and he always meets the commitments outlined in the quotation. His eye for design is superb, and often helps with ideas/ alternatives when I've been stuck with decision making. Additionally, his team are professional, thorough, tidy and respectful.

On the first day in our new house, our boiler broke down. Jack quickly arrived and recommended replacing the 15-year-old Alpha boiler. He provided a competitive quote and rearranged a few appointments to prioritise the replacement. On the day, Jack and his team arrived on time, fully prepared with all the necessary tools.
